Education is the cornerstone of the social intervention model of the Foundation Las Golondrinas, it adapts and adjusts to each community, developing in each line of intervention for each case, based on the premise that each community is unique and responds differently according to the cultural patterns that are evident in it.
We start from an education "from life and for life" from the recognition of the subject as a historical being who has some previous learning schemes from knowing, being, doing and feeling and with a desire of projection to the future.
As a central focus of the model of intervention we start from the principles of equity, inclusion and formation on values.
The education process occurs in children from their early childhood as the basis of individual and social construction; in addition they are accompanied until their basic and/or technical education.
Through education, contributing to the construction of the social fabric, based on the premise that the lack of opportunities generates the vulnerability of the communities and prevents social development. The model allows to integrate and convene different sectors around the theme of social responsibility.
